The look Cue chose

Lights on

Big flat fields of deep ink, signal yellow and night blue, with tall condensed type set loud across them, like the signs on a building at night.

Type
Big Shoulders Display and Hanken Grotesk
Colours
inknightpapermutedsignalbrick
Motion
Steady and sure, like a crew that knows the building. Colour fields wipe in from the left on a firm ease-in-out, about 0.9s. Headlines rise word by word from behind a mask, 0.07s apart. Photos push in slowly over 8 to 10 seconds. Nothing bounces, nothing spins. Numbers count up once and stop.
Transitions
Mostly a wipe from the left, 0.8s, so each new colour field sweeps across like a light switching on down a corridor. Use a cut between two slides that share a field colour. Use fade only into and out of a photo slide.

Slide by slide

10 slides, with what the presenter says. Highlighted words are cues: saying them makes something on the slide move.

  1. 1

    Cover

    Opens with a fade

Thanks for your time. We clean offices at night, after your people go home. And the same crew comes back every visit. That is the whole idea, and the next few minutes are about why it matters to you.

  2. 2

    The churn

    Enters with a push

Most of you have been here. A new cleaning company starts, and it takes weeks before they know where anything goes. Then a few months later something slips, you look for someone new, and you brief them all over again. That is your time, every single round.

  3. 3

    Night hours

    Enters with a wipe

Your staff are in during the day, and that time is theirs. We come in at night, after the last person has gone home. Nobody has to step over a cable or talk over a vacuum. In the morning the office is just clean.

  4. 4

    Same crew

    Enters with a zoom through

When you start with us, you meet your crew. That same crew comes back on every visit. You don't brief strangers. If something needs doing differently, you tell people you already know.

  5. 5

    Steady quality

    Enters with a slide over

Keeping one crew is how the quality stays the same. They learn your office. They know which desks to leave alone and which corners get missed. So week after week, you get the same clean.

  6. 6

    Clients stay

    Enters with a dissolve

Here is how we know it works. Out of every hundred clients, ninety eight renew with us. Only two leave. Most of our clients have stopped looking for a new cleaning company.

  7. 7

    The price

    Enters with a flash

Our price is one number. We charge eleven cents per square foot. That is the whole rate. You can check it and budget for it in a minute.

  8. 8

    Your cost

    Enters with a blinds

You can work out your own price right now. Take your floor area and multiply it by eleven cents. Two thousand square feet comes to two hundred and twenty dollars. Five thousand square feet is five hundred and fifty. Ten thousand square feet is eleven hundred dollars.

  9. 9

    Half price

    Enters with a split

We want trying us to be easy. So here is a normal month at the full rate. For your first month, you pay half. Same crew, same night visits, half the bill.

  10. 10

    The ask

    Enters with a iris

So here is what we ask. Try us for one month at half price. We come at night, the same crew every time, at eleven cents a square foot. If it is not right, you have lost very little.
